Position : 1:1 Teaching Assistant Location : Torquay Contract : Part-Time Hourly Rate : £14.45 - £15.20 (depending on experience) As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with individual students, providing personalised support to help them succeed both academically and personally. Key Duties and Responsibilities : Providing one-on-one support to students with varying educational needs Assisting with classroom tasks, activities, and assignments Creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment Helping to develop students' academic, social, and emotional skills Ideal Candidate : A patient, empathetic, and adaptable individual Will possess experience or a strong understanding of working with children with special educational needs. Previous experience in working with children is essential. Education is desirable.
