Location: Mobile - Wiltshire, Hampshire and surrounding areas
Salary: £42,000 per annum + Company Van + Overtime and On Call Allowance.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00 to 17:00

About the role
Role Overview:
To provide support to both on-site engineers and clients. You will also be responsible for carrying out system maintenance, reactive and small or extra works on CCTV, access control, security systems and automatic fire comprising of both internal and external clients.
We would prefer someone with a multi-disciplined background in Fire and Security.
Knowledge of working with large commercial clients and with many different manufacturers will be an advantage. The role will entail working with large Blue-Chip Clients across Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
What you'll do:
1. Carryout planned preventative maintenance activities
2. Upgrades and system repairs
3. Modifications in line with contract requirements
4. Regular communication with the client on Key Point Indicators, and service level agreements
5. Provide planned preventive maintenance, system repair, small works and system commissioning activity in conjunction with Specialist Services requests and/or site/client requirements.
6. Prepare dilapidation reports on newly acquired contracts and advise or recommend improvement, additions or reductions.
7. Provide design, support and quotation delivery by relevant British Standards.
8. Maintain the service portfolios to the highest quality standard in all areas of activity to satisfy and maintain the requirements of external quality verification.
9. Ensure risk assessments are completed or reviewed for every task being carried out.
10. Ensure all works are completed following relevant British Standards and good working practices.
Who you'll be
11. At least 2 years of previous experience in servicing, maintaining and installation of CCTV, access control, intruder alarm systems, intercom systems and fire systems.
12. Ideally the candidate will be a multi-disciplined engineer or a strong engineer in one discipline willing to cross-train.
13. Adequate knowledge of relevant British Standards with a working knowledge of NSI and LPCB required standards. Advanced diagnostic and fault-finding skills, with the ability to resolve by elimination and/or technical recommendations.
14. Knowledge and experience of permits to work systems, method statements and risk assessments.
15. Advanced PC and LAN/WAN Networking skills, including OS-level operation.
16. Health & Safety trained.
