In this role, the successful Administrator or similar will be responsible for providing general administrative support across departments as well as maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring all company documents are up to date. In addition, you will also be responsible for handling phone and email enquiries, directing them appropriately as well as supporting customer services, resolving client queries as and when needed. On top of this, you will be responsible for processing invoices, purchase orders, and financial paperwork, alongside liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal teams. Finally, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, appointments, and calendars, preparing both reports, presentations by carrying out general office tasks eg. filing, scanning, data entry etc…
The ideal Administrator or similar will come from a background within the Waste Management/Construction/Manufacturing sector or a related field as well as having previous working experience within an Administrator role or an associated position. Finally, you will have strong organisational, communicational and analytical skills, with the ability to work both as part of a team as well as autonomously.
