Our rapidly growing catering company, awarded Education Caterer of the Year, seeks an experienced chef manager to lead high‑volume kitchen operations and deliver quality food for schools.
Base Pay
£32,500 per year
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday, 7am‑4pm (45 hours per week)
* 42 weeks per year (term time, inset days and 3 additional weeks)

Job Responsibilities
* Lead the kitchen team and ensure smooth service delivery.
* Prepare and cook fresh, seasonal dishes at volume.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and food preparation.
* Liaise with onsite clients to meet their requirements.
* Ensure all due diligence is adhered to and that the kitchen runs efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience as a Chef Manager or in a similar role.
* Demonstrated cooking and people‑management skills.
* Knowledge of school food or high‑volume catering a plus.
* Commitment to safeguarding children and staff.
* Completed DBS check (IFG will cover the cost).
