Thomas Estate Agents are looking for a new member to join our team in Tonypandy, we are a family run estate agency looking to expand due to the fast-paced environment and increased business demands.
Training is included. Saturday shift on rota.
We offer On Target Earnings (OTE) with uncapped commission. Expenses will also be paid. 28 holiday days per year including bank holidays increasing to 33 holiday days per year after 5 years service.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have previous sales and customer service experience
* Have previous experience working as an estate agent or in the property sector
* Have previous administrative experience
* Be able to work effectively within a team

* Have good organisational skills
* Have good time keeping skills
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Have flexibility and commitment to the role
* Be able to offer a great customer service experience and treat customers with respect, empathy and patience
Your job roles will include:
* Carry out rental viewings
* Carry out sales viewings
* Carry out rental inventories and creating schedules of condition
* Carry out rental inspections
* Carry out property checks
* Collect and deliver keys for access to properties
* Carry out property advertising, creating specifications, displays and virtual tours
* Liaise with tenants, vendors, landlords, purchasers and solicitors.
* Guide tenants or purchasers through application process.
* Complete training courses as required
* Answering calls, transferring to the relevant department and taking messages
* Booking appointments and managing availability
* Managing enquiries including incoming emails and phone calls to book viewings and assist with queries.
Requirements:
* Driving license plus vehicle suitable for use
* Administrative experience (1 year minimum)
* Customer service experience (1 year minimum)
* Sales experience (1 year minimum)
* Estate Agency, property sales or lettings experience (preferred)
* English and Maths GCSE (C or above)
