Position: Project Manager (Construction)

Our client, a prestigious Construction Company based in Park Royal, London, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to deliver financial oversight, contract administration, and commercial leadership across their expanding portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee multiple residential construction projects from planning to completion
* Maintain clear project scope, timelines, and milestones
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure timely delivery
* Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews across project locations
* Monitor quality, safety compliance, and adherence to building regulations
* Provide consistent updates to stakeholders and leadership
* Support cost planning, tender reviews, and contractor assessments
* Ensure accurate processing of variations and subcontractor invoices
Contribute to long-term client satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the UK construction industry
* Strong track record delivering residential or refurbishment projects
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Familiarity with cost estimation and project financial oversight
* Valid UK driving licence
* Professional qualification obtained from an accredited UK university
* Experience managing independent contractor relationships
Knowledge of UK health & safety regulations and construction contracts
