* Inspiring collaboration, achieving KPIs, and harnessing innovation to help our people excel.
* Managing project delivery from inception to completion, aligning with client expectations and strategic milestones.
* Championing safety through Mace’s HSW framework, embedding visible behaviours and a safety‑first culture.
* Driving collaboration across stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, risk management, and service excellence.

Qualifications
* Professional membership with RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent.
* Proven project delivery expertise in property or infrastructure.
* Strong commercial, financial acumen and stakeholder leadership.
* Knowledge of sustainability and carbon shaping project outcomes.
