The successful candidate will primarily lead the delivery of our Letter from Santa campaign, which since 2001 has facilitated letters to over three million children worldwide and raised over £19 million to keep children safe. Responsibilities include:
* Developing and improving the Letter from Santa product, optimizing budget and staff resources.
* Ensuring fundraising targets, KPIs, and strategic objectives are met through the Letter from Santa and other products managed by the team.
* Communicating with stakeholders involved in the delivery of Letter from Santa to ensure they have the necessary information and can contribute their expertise.
* Providing supporters with the best possible experience when engaging with Letter from Santa.
In addition to Letter from Santa, the role involves managing other fundraising products and supporting the development of new initiatives, expanding our supporter giving options.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Confidence working with complex numerical data
* Experience cultivating internal and external stakeholder relationships
* Experience in project or product management within the charity sector or similar-sized organization
