Duties and responsibilities related to the Restaurant and Bar Manager role : Lead and manage the operations of the All Day Dining Restaurant and Terrace as well as the Bar Lounge, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation. Manage restaurant and bar teams to consistently deliver exceptional service and champion guest satisfaction initiatives through effective training and development of the team. Collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop innovative strategies aimed at maximising revenue and profitability. About you Proven experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
