As Commercial Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our project delivery owning the commercial strategy and ensuring projects are delivered profitably, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
You’ll:
* Lead commercial strategy across major infrastructure projects
* Drive profitability through smart cost management & risk mitigation
* Take ownership of contract negotiations with key clients & partners
* Influence critical decisions alongside senior leadership
* Shape and mentor a high-performing commercial team
🎯 What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment:
* Proven experience in commercial management / quantity surveying within construction or infrastructure
* Strong expertise in contracts, procurement & financial control
* A confident negotiator who builds lasting relationships
* Commercially sharp, detail-driven, and solutions-focused
* A natural leader who brings energy, accountability, and ambition
* (Chartered status such as MRICS/CICES is a plus)
