Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the eCommerce annual strategy to meet revenue and brand goals.
* Plan exclusive promotions, balancing revenue and profitability.
* Enhance customer experience and establish the site as a top shopping destination.
* Lead creative agencies in executing e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns.
* Analyse performance and innovate to improve consumer interactions and team processes.
* Manage P&L, including sales forecasting and inventory analysis.
* Ensure an exceptional online customer experience and operational efficiency.
Who You Are:
* Degree-educated professional with a strong grasp of financial reporting and sales in the consumer goods industry.
* Experience working in an end-to-end eCommerce, revenue generating role.
* Skilled in cross-functional team facilitation and matrixed organisation navigation.
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in ROI modeling
* A problem-solver with excellent communication and data presentation skills.
