* Conduct maintenance operations per industry standards, enhancing the team's preventive strategies with comprehensive plans.
* Perform precision tasks including metalworking and welding as needed.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain rigorous 5S standards.
* Share your expertise by guiding less-experienced technicians and leading project endeavors.
* Tackle complex control system challenges, both software and hardware.
* Use predictive technologies for equipment data analysis and future-proofing operations.
* Track maintenance history and engage in professional development programs to stay ahead.
* Embed safety and awareness in every task, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
Essential Skills:
* A strong education background with significant industry experience; Associate’s degree is desirable.
* Extensive experience in predictive and precision maintenance.
* Problem-solving abilities in complex systems including electrical, mechanical, and fluid power.
* Proficiency with both common and unique tools.
* Skilled in alignment techniques and equipment maintenance technologies.
* Willing to travel periodically.
Work Environment:
Expect to be active, often standing or moving in confined spaces and operating in potentially loud and hazardous settings.
Your Expertise:
* Proficient in heavy equipment repair and troubleshooting.
* Knowledge in advanced voltage systems and electrical repairs.
* Familiar with programmable logic controllers like Fanuc and Allen Bradley.
