 
        
        We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on HR Director for an international company to lead People & Culture across the UK and other regions. This is a cross-regional role combining executive HR partnership, operational delivery, and team leadership across diverse geographies and cultures.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead HR strategy in the UK and across other regions, aligning with global priorities and local business needs.
 * Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.
 * Manage and coach a team of HR consultants, ensuring consistent HR delivery.
 * Drive HR operational excellence, compliance, and scalable employment models across regions.
 * Promote culture, engagement, performance management, and leadership development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
 * 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years at an HR Director or senior HRBP level.
 * Proven experience in international HR operations, ideally in the FMCG sector.
 * Strong knowledge of UK employment law and cross-border HR frameworks.
 * Skilled at influencing senior executives and navigating complex, matrix environments.
 * Hands‑on, strategic, data‑driven, and culturally adaptive.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
