We are on a mission to empower professionals to accelerate research and achieve impactful results through cutting-edge, curated events, industry insights, and educational resources. Join us in shaping the future of the life sciences industry.
We are looking for an experienced and creative Brand and Content Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. You will work as part of our Brand and Content team, responsible for translating the brand vision, mission, and values into compelling, customer-focused copy that fuels our multi-channel campaigns.
You’ll be a creative individual with excellent copywriting skills and the ability to develop messaging that is on-brand and resonates with our audiences. You’ll be comfortable optimizing content for channels including web, email, and social media as part of a year-round engagement strategy.
Role Responsibilities:
* Creating copy and content to support campaign requirements for assigned brands, ensuring they are on-brand, customer-focused, and benefit-led. Using a content-first approach to ensure consistent messaging across all channels including email, social media, web, and paid advertising.
* Asset creation and delivery to support campaign activities, involving self-creation (e.g., Canva) and collaboration with designers. Ensuring all assets are on-brand and increase customer engagement.
* Leading partnership marketing activities, including media, sponsors, and speakers, ensuring timely and quality execution with proper tracking.
* Updating and maintaining website content in collaboration with the team and technical support to enhance user experience and engagement.
* Executing social media marketing plans, focusing on key milestones, leveraging in-house content, and achieving growth aligned with KPIs.
* Playing a proactive role in executing marketing activities and deliverables to meet portfolio and business objectives.
We are looking for someone with:
* Ability to work independently in a matrix environment, managing multiple projects with excellent communication skills.
* A proven track record of running successful segmented campaigns.
* Strong copywriting skills focused on customer benefits.
* Experience with marketing technologies and automation, especially email segmentation.
* Understanding of content marketing’s role in brand building and engagement.
* Experience working with stakeholders in a matrix organization.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
* B2B event experience is a bonus but not required.
* A self-starter who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment.
* Ability to multitask and deliver quality work on time.
More about the role:
* Location: Hybrid working (remote and in-office) at our Oxford offices, accessible and within walking distance of amenities.
* Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Benefits include:
* Flexible working with two remote days per week
* Holidays: 24 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 28 days
* Paid birthday leave after probation
* Gym membership
* Travel schemes for bikes and electric cars
* Healthcare benefits, including sick leave, eye test reimbursements, flu jabs
* Enhanced maternity and paternity pay (eligibility applies)
* Employee wellness programs and social activities
* Free parking, office food & drinks, and external training opportunities
