My client seeks a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work with children who have complex communication difficulties and a visually impaired Nursery-aged child. Why You Should Apply Opportunity to support children with diverse needs Collaborative and dynamic team environment Engage in a fulfilling role with real impact Professional development highly valued and supported Be part of a developing provision within a supportive school community What You’ll Be Doing Supporting a teacher with a small group of children in the mornings Providing 1:1 support to a visually impaired Nursery-aged child in the afternoons Ensuring the safety and well-being of children by accurately assessing risks Collaborating effectively within a team and using your initiative Demonstrating an understanding of the EYFS curriculum Communicating effectively with children and adults, both verbally and in writing About You Be able to do the job as described Empathetic, patient, and caring, with a strong understanding of children's individual needs Knowledgeable about sensory processing disorders and communication difficulties Skilled in forming effective relationships with children Flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team How To Apply We’d love to see your CV, but we don’t need it to have a conversation.
