About the role
Asthe IT Support Technician, you’ll be the friendly and approachable face of ITat our school, supporting staff and students. Thisis a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, andbuilding positive relationships with users.
Ideally, you’ll have experienceworking in a school or education setting and will be confident in providing 2ndand 3rd line support.

A confident IT professional with a strong technical background in2nd and 3rd line support and experience in a customer-facing role, ideallywithin a school environment. You’ll be approachable, patient, and able toexplain technical issues clearly to non-technical users, with a calm andprofessional manner when supporting both staff and students.
A proactive teamplayer, you’ll be eager to learn and ready to support others. You'll need solidknowledge of Windows Server (2012–2022), Windows 10 and 11, Active Directory,Office 365, Microsoft Office applications, some experience with working wit andsupporting iPads, and networking technologies including LAN/WAN, VLANs, DNS,DHCP, and wireless.
