We are currently looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to work on social housing kitchen refurbishment projects for an initial 2–3 month contract, with consistent work available.
You will be decorating kitchens following refurbishment works, in both occupied and void properties. A professional approach and high standard of finish are essential.
All paint will be provided. You just need the tools!
Scope of Works
* Decorating kitchens following installation and plastering works
* Preparation of walls, ceilings, and woodwork
* Applying emulsion and trim finishes
* Working to social housing standards with clean and tidy handovers
* Maintaining safe working practices at all times
Essential Requirements
* Valid CSCS Card
* Asbestos Awareness (guidance can be provided)
* Working at Heights (guidance can be provided)
* Face Fit (can be provided if required)
* Own van and tools (LICENSE REQUIRED)
* Previous experience in domestic or social housing environments
* Ability to work independently and meet programme deadlines
* Professional and respectful manner when working in tenants’ homes
