Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Shopping, Performance Max, and Search
* Own performance across multiple e-commerce accounts, driving profit-led outcomes
* Analyse key metrics (POAS, LTV, CAC) to inform bidding and growth strategies
* Improve product feed quality and resolve Merchant Centre issues
* Conduct audits and implement clear, data-backed optimisation plans
* Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity
Your Profile
* 3-5 years PPC experience, including leadership within an agency environment
* Experience working on ecommerce and DTC accounts
* Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads (specifically PMAX and Shopping)
* Proven track record managing £150k+ monthly ad spend across portfolios
* Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Confident communicator with experience managing clients or stakeholders
* Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, and feed management tools
