Used Car Sales Executive - Hinckley
1. Basic Salary: £22,000 + Bonus
2. OTE: £48,000+ (Top Performers £60,000)
3. Working Hours: 42.5 Hour Contract, 5 Days a Week
4. Mon-Fri 10am-7pm • Sat 10am-6pm • Sun 10am-4pm
We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join a high-energy, fast-paced used car operation in Hinckley.
With over 550 vehicles on site and a constant stream of leads from an active telesales and online team, this is an excellent opportunity for a driven and customer-focused sales professional to thrive and maximise their earnings.
Key Responsibilities as a Car Sales Executive:
5. Welcome and guide customers through the showroom experience.
6. Understand individual customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
7. Arrange test drives and present value-added products confidently.
8. Deliver a first-class customer experience from start to finish.
9. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
10. Previous face-to-face sales experience (automotive or similar retail/sales environment).
11. Confident, motivated, and target-driven individual with a desire to succeed.
12. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
13. Professional, presentable, and customer-focused.
14. Strong attention to detail and team-oriented approach.
15. Full UK driving licence required.
16. FCA accredited or willing to undergo training.
