Job Description
1. Provide legal counsel on labor and employment matters, including compliance and regulatory issues.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related agreements and contracts.
3. Represent clients in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings.
4. Conduct legal research and prepare detailed reports or memoranda.
5. Advise on policies and practices to ensure compliance with employment laws.
6. Collaborate with clients to address workplace investigations and disputes.
7. Stay informed on changing labor and employment laws and regulations.
8. Provide support in training sessions and workshops on employment law topics.
