Job Description
3. Credit Controller:
4. Manage the full credit control process, including issuing invoices and following up on overdue payments.
5. Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and client communications.
6. Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
7. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting of receivables.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support payment collection.
9. Monitor client accounts for overdue balances and escalate issues when necessary.
10. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities related to credit control.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
12. Experience in managing accounts receivable within the property or a similar industry.
13. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
15. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
16. An understanding of financial regulations and credit control processes.
