The Corporate Wellbeing Activator will focus on the development, co-ordination and delivery of the annual Corporate Wellbeing programme for Sony, Pencoed, resulting in improved health and wellbeing amongst Sony employees. Main Purpose: Deliver great experiences; delight your customers Salary: - £11.44 per hour Hours: - 8 per week Shifts: - Flexible Start date: To be confirmed Co-ordinate and organise monthly themed events ensuring that content and timing has been communicated. Source and make contact with external speakers. Gym activity – provide on site presence within the gym as per agreed contract hours and provide fitness tests, programmes and programme reviews for Sony staff within those hours. Gym challenges – identify appropriate gym challenges and promote engagement amongst staff. Identify opportunities to link challenges to local events and facilitate and encourage team entries amongst Sony employees. Monitor and refresh Halo posters around site and liaise with Halo’s marketing Manager and Sony Communications lead to ensure that they stay current. Develop relationships with staff and engage employees to encourage and identify ways to increase participation in wellbeing events and activities. Feedback and Staff surveys – promote and encourage participation in staff surveys and gather feedback. Monitor and report on participation in Halo activities. Deliver group exercise classes as required and appropriate. Follow company policies, procedures and systems Follow the emergency response plan Skills qualities and experience Experience in the fitness industry. Health and Fitness related qualification. Must include a basic understanding of Anatomy and Physiology. Health and Safety.
