Facilities Manager Location: Harlow (Onsite) Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:45-16:45 Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays About the Role We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the technical operations of a high‑precision aerospace company. This role is hands‑on, compliance‑focused, and critical to keeping the site safe, efficient, and fully audit‑ready. You will be responsible for ensuring all equipment, systems, and documentation meet strict industry standards, while leading a small maintenance team and supporting continuous improvement across the site. Key Responsibilities Maintain full AS9100 and Nadcap audit readiness, including documentation, calibration records, and maintenance logs. Manage key technical equipment such as rectifiers, cranes, ovens, DI water systems, air compressors, and HVAC. Oversee heating and ventilation systems across the factory and offices. Work with the HSE Manager and Chief Chemist to monitor tank integrity and complete regular safety inspections. Manage the safe treatment and disposal of hazardous chemical waste in line with environmental permits.
