Overview
As a Final Assembly Operative, you'll play a critical role in assembling and inspecting complex components used in life‑saving ejection seats. This hands‑on position involves:
* Assembling seat pans, main beam sub‑assemblies, and survival kits using hand tools and equipment.
* Interpreting technical drawings, component specs, and applying part numbers, surface finishes, and assembly processes.
* Conducting self‑inspection and quality checks according to strict aerospace standards (FOD control, ESD awareness).
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

* Manufacturing experience in aerospace or another precision‑based industry.
* Familiarity with technical drawings and inspection procedures.
* Awareness of FOD (Foreign Object Debris) control and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety.
* A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to quality and improvement.
