What You’ll Be Doing 💼
✔️ Owning delegate sales revenue across multiple premium B2B events
✔️ Selling paid delegate passes
✔️ Building, nurturing and retaining senior-level decision-maker relationships
✔️ Managing VIP (buy-side) delegate engagement and long-term attendee loyalty
✔️ Driving outreach via calls, LinkedIn, email and warm marketing leads
✔️ Working closely with sponsorship and marketing teams — passing leads where relevant
✔️ Forecasting delegate revenue and managing pipeline against event targets
✔️ Acting as a trusted industry contact and brand ambassador at events
✔️ Delivering an outstanding end-to-end delegate and VIP experience
✔️ Playing a key role in shaping future delegate strategy and team growth
