The Role
You will manage a caseload of childcare and public law children matters, including:

* Care proceedings and child protection cases
\t
* Representation of parents, guardians, and children
\t
* Liaising with local authorities and external agencies
\t
* Advising on special guardianship, adoption, and related matters
\t
* Advocacy in the Family Court and supporting senior colleagues in complex cases

* Qualified Solicitor with experience in childcare or public law children matters (PQE level flexible as a guide)
