Quantity Surveyor (Power / Utilities) Tyrone Full-Time/Permanent Competitive Salary Benefits Package The Role Join a growing utilities team delivering power and infrastructure projects across NI. You will support commercial delivery across multiple contracts, ensuring effective cost control, reporting, and contract management. Key Duties Manage costs (labour, materials, plant, subcontractors) Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Price variations and manage change (EWN/CE) Liaise with project teams and clients Assist with tenders, BOQs, and budgets About You: Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar Experience in utilities, power, or civils projects Strong commercial and cost management skills NEC contract knowledge Desirable: Experience in power infrastructure (overhead lines, cabling) Benefits Competitive salary 25 days leave Life assurance Career progression opportunities This is a strong opportunity for a QS looking to develop within the utilities/infrastructure sector.
