Job Description
3. Oversee and manage all financial reporting and accounting functions.
4. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
6. Provide strategic financial advice to support business decision-making.
7. Supervise and guide the Accounting & Finance team to achieve departmental goals.
8. Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
9. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
10. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
11. Relevant experience in a Management Accountant / Financial Accountant or Finance Manager (or similar) role.
12. Either be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or qualified by experience.
13. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
14. Excellent communication skills.
15. Ability to lead a team of people (managerial experience is not necessary).
