Job Title: Customer Service Administrator – Waste Management
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

The Role:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will handle customer enquiries, manage internal systems, support the sales team, and help maintain high service standards. Your ability to multitask, stay organised, and communicate effectively will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
Set up new client accounts and maintain accurate records using the CRM system
Manage incoming calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner
Support the sales team with quotations, purchase orders, and invoice verification
Contribute to improvements within the supply chain and administrative processes
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in using CRM systems and other IT tools
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Industry experience in waste and recycling is desirable, but not essential
