We\re looking for passionate and fashion-forward individuals who are excited to dress the nation. You\ll be a brand ambassador who\s ready to recommend our newest fashion items and deliver remarkable service so customers feel valued every time they shop with us.
Schedule
* Sunday: 14:00-18:00
* Wednesday: 14:00-18:00
* Thursday: 14:00-18:00
* Friday: 14:00-18:00
* Saturday: 14:00-18:00
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates will be asked to work up to full time during the weeks commencing 14th and 21st December.
Role purpose
To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, we are looking for colleagues who put customers before tasks whilst championing and promoting our brilliant products. As the face of the business, you will be the voice of our customers helping us to continually improve.
Key Accountabilities
* Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
* Training provided to utilise digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time
