This is a critical leadership role demanding excellent logistical planning and practical skills to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the entire estate. Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year). Working Hours: Standard 37 hours per week (flexibility required for events/emergencies). Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope Operational Leadership: Full management and supervision of the premises team (caretakers, cleaning, maintenance). Compliance & Safety: Responsibility for all site security, compliance (H&S, fire safety), and managing statutory inspections. Facilities Management: Oversight of routine maintenance schedules, contractor liaison, and management of the site budget.
