In this role, you will: Install and Maintain: Work on intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. Diagnose and Repair: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently. Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver expert advice and support to customers. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the security or electrical industry, with a strong focus on installation, maintenance, and servicing of security systems. Proven track record of working with various security technologies, including intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems. Skills: Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of installing and maintaining security systems, including IDS – Galaxy, IP CCTV, and Fire Alarm Systems. Strong understanding of current products and technologies within the security industry. Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose faults and implement effective solutions quickly. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues. Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering positive relationships. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to documentation and compliance with industry standards. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently.
