Location:
This is a hybrid role with opportunities to work remotely from the Berks & Bucks FA office (Milton Park, OX14 4SB), home and around the County.
Salary:
Band 4 (£26,280-£32,181) per annum, dependent on experience.
Hours:
35 hours per week. (Requirement to work evenings and weekends, in line with the demands of the role).
Contract:
Full Time - Fixed Term Contract (Expiring June 2028).
The Opportunity
If you are passionate about grassroots sport and the pivotal role it plays in getting people active and healthy then we have a fantastic opportunity for you. This role is to grow and sustain Coaching and Coach Development opportunities in order to effectively develop and deliver grassroots football.
We know that football has the power to 'Connect People & Change Lives' and this is why we are looking to recruit a passionate and energetic individual to join the Workforce Team. The successful individual will work closely with the Football Workforce Manager to develop and manage positive relationships with England Football Accredited Clubs to support the development of coaches to provide a quality experience for all players across all pathways.

About the Role
• Engage 2-star and 3-star England Football Accredited Clubs with the Thriving Community Club Framework and support them with completing relevant assessments for the Coaching pillar
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including FA Regional Staff, FA Casual Workforce, and other strategic partners to support the development of Coach Development & Thriving Community Clubs
• Support clubs in their development of a club specific Coach Development plan/programme
• Coordinate and deliver a Coach Development Programme for the County supporting Coaches at all levels of the game incorporating club, county and regional delivery

• Knowledge of the structure and partner organisations within football, nationally and within the County FA locality
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of inclusion, equality, anti-discrimination and safeguarding
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

• Individual and group coaching and training skills
• Practised at developing networks and relationships with a variety of stakeholders in order to support the delivery of strategic priorities
