A production agency built for everything from TV commercials to documentary long-form to social promos. The client roster spans two of the Premier League’s most recognised clubs, major global sportswear brands, and household names across betting and retail.
The Role
You will lead complex edits from brief to delivery without requiring creative direction on fundamentals. The variety is genuine – in any given month, you might cut a TV commercial, a social campaign for a Premier League club, and a 12-minute documentary narrative. All to broadcast standard, all using Premiere Pro.
You will work directly within a growing edit function alongside two strong mid-level editors. No formal line management, but natural day-to-day influence on their development through proximity and collaboration. You manage your own workload across multiple concurrent projects, consistently hitting deadlines while maintaining the standard that lifts everyone around you.
The reporting line goes straight to creative and production leadership in an owner-managed business. You will be in the room with decision-makers, not layers away from them.
The Package
£45,000 – £55,000. Five days on-site. Generous bonus scheme, on-site gym and parking, plus 25 days holiday and bank holidays.
The Person
An editor with 8 – 12 years of experience, currently working at a senior or lead level at a production company, content agency, or post house. Likely with exposure to sports or fashion brands. You might be Liverpool-based, elsewhere in the North West, or a northern native who has built experience in London and is ready to return to something of genuine quality. Possibly freelancing at a high level, considering the stability of permanent employment.
