Industrial Electrician (Heavy Engineering / Foundry)
£36,000 - £39,000 + Overtime (enhanced rate on Saturdays) + Progression + Company Benefits

Are you an Electrician or similar from an Industrial or Heavy Engineering background looking for a local, shift-based role within a long-established foundry known for looking after its staff, offering structured progression and generous overtime to boost your earnings?
This well-established and respected foundry continues to thrive, supplying components to a broad base of blue-chip clients. Due to continued investment and internal growth, they are now looking to expand their friendly maintenance team.
In this varied role, you'll be part of a tight-knit team carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of heavy industrial machinery. You will work primarily Monday-Friday shifts with some Saturday cover, and occasional extended hours in the event of breakdowns. You'll also support improvement projects and help ensure the site runs efficiently and safely.
This role would suit an Electrician / Electrical Fitter or similar from an industrial or heavy engineering background, looking for a stable position within a long-standing business that values teamwork and offers excellent development opportunities.
The Role:
* Primarily PPM with some reactive and breakdown work
* Project-based tasks to support site upgrades and improve production reliability
* Work within a close-knit maintenance team
* Shift based, primarily Monday-Friday with some Saturday mornings
The Person:
* Electrician / Electrical Fitter or similar
* Industrial / Heavy Engineering background
* Commutable to Dudley
