You will already have experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar and be seeking the next step in your career. You will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, helping to manage flow and communicate effectively with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and require flexibility to work various shifts and days. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and hours are flexible and can be discussed at interview.
