Regional Account Manager – Fashion Brand

We’re working with a dynamic, fast-growing South Coast fashion brand that creates stylish, wearable collections designed for everyday life. Their ethos is all about effortless style, celebrating simplicity, and making fashion that fits naturally into life’s rhythms.
We’re looking for a motivated Regional Account Manager to join their sales team. This is a field-based role, covering London, the South-East, Suffolk, and Norfolk, with responsibility for managing and growing a portfolio of independent boutiques, department stores, and select garden centres.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new business, build relationships, and represent a brand that’s gaining momentum across the UK.
What You’ll Do:
* Manage and grow an established portfolio of retail accounts across your region
* Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers
* Conduct range reviews, maintain brand standards, and support in-store merchandising and training
* Hit seasonal sales targets and contribute to forecasting
* Identify and secure new stockists to expand the brand’s presence
* Spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities
* Provide regular insights on market trends, competitors, and customer needs
* Collaborate with the internal team with monthly visits to the South Coast head office
* Represent the brand at hotel showrooms and key trade shows during peak seasons
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales or account management
* Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
* Self-starter with excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Passionate about fashion and retail trends
* Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided)
What’s On Offer:
* £40k salary, with OTE up to £55k
* Company vehicle and fuel card
* Remote working with monthly office visits
* £2,000 annual clothing allowance
* 22 days holiday, rising to 25 with service
* Monday–Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm
