Senior operations manager

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Operations Manager. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an interest in innovative products and brands. You must be highly organized and structured with entrepreneurial flare. The individual would be able to demonstrate a passion for team sports. Based In Loughborough
Duties-

Recruit and train talented headcount to help support KPIs

Managing and planning working pattern within Distribution Centre (DC)

Setting Targets/KPIs

Forward planning based on historical productivity data

Budgets

Holding teams accountable to KPIs

Presenting to other senior managers

Managing CEO/CCO

Working closely with Finance Manager on head count budget

Designing and implementing new processes to achieve business goals (productivity or profitability)

ISO 9001 & 6 Sigma implementation and renewal

Holding staff members accountable for poor performance

Manage Customisation team (print/embroidery etc)

Implementing all H&S policies within the DC.

HR for entire business

Creating/managing budgets for all DC costs

Overall responsible for Operations Team to achieve internal KPIs to give world class customer service.

University educated

Extensive experience in apparel warehousing and embellishments.

Microsoft Office skills strong excel skills.

Ability to present complex information in a simple visual format

Ability to present to Key brands, suppliers, staff.

Driving License.

People, management skills (30+)

Good understanding of workplace legislation HR & HS

Six Sigma

IOSH Safety, Health and Safety

HR Qualification

Strong organizational skills

Good communicator
