The Training Department consists of around 25 people, the administration team has 6 members in total. We train customers throughout the UK in our state-of-the-art Training academies, Mobile training vans, Colleges, and Partner centres. We train customers on gas, oil, renewables, commercial, and industry qualifications. The industry is transitioning to green technologies and as a result we have developed and expanded the electrification courses we offer to support this industry change.In this role, you will be responsible for:Taking training calls: advising customers, booking courses, taking payments, giving out information and dealing with queriesManaging the departmentshared mailboxData maintenance tasks and administration supportAssessment invigilation (Overseeing customer assessments)Completing department statisticsFacilitating Online assessmentsInterested?
