We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as a Finance and Lettings Assistant. This is a term time plus 1 week role (up to 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year), flexibility can be discussed for the right candidate.
This role will provide vital financial and administrative support for the finance department, we require someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive.
On the lettings side, you will be the face of our school facilities. We are looking for someone who can nurture relationships with our current long-term hirers while proactively handling inquiries from new customers. You will manage the end-to-end booking process—from initial site tours and compliance checks to invoicing and feedback—ensuring our facilities remain a vibrant, well-utilised hub for the local area.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Holds a relevant Level 2/3 qualification (such as AAT) or has prior experience working in a dedicated finance role (experience within a school setting is highly desirable).
2. Possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask to hit tight deadlines.
3. Is highly computer literate (experience with Google Workspace, FMS, and SIMS is advantageous).
4. Brings a calm, positive and "can-do" approach to the team.
