Business Development Manager

Position details:
* Type: Full time, Permanent
* Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (£32-36k OTE) + up to 20% bonus + company car
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
* Territory: Bournemouth, Guildford, Southampton, Salisbury, and surrounding areas
Role overview:
In this role, you'll drive business development and manage your territory, engaging with various sectors and clients within the confectionery OOH scene. From local favorites to regional powerhouses, you'll be key in our growth strategy by building relationships and nurturing connections.
As our Business Development Manager, your goal is to increase sales and distribution by establishing relationships with decision-makers across the OOH spectrum. This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to make a significant industry impact.

Candidate requirements:
* A self-starter with a positive attitude; resilient and tenacious in OOH
* Experience with customers in OOH/Foodservice channels
* Proven sales and new business development skills
* Valid manual UK or international driving license for at least 1 year
