Your Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be instrumental in creating a positive and effective learning environment:
Classroom Support: Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and support pupil learning.
Pupil Champion: Provide individualised support, helping pupils with their academic, social, emotional, and personal care needs.
Engaging Learning: Contribute to making learning exciting and accessible for every pupil.
