Overview
We are looking to appoint a Registered Manager to join our Children's home in the heart of Salisbury. For this home, you will need to have experience as a Leader and Manager within Residential Children's Homes, who can lead, develop, and manage an established team of Residential Child Care Workers. Our Residential service offers therapeutic homes catering to the children's daily needs. We understand the needs of the children and recognise and support our Children who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences and trauma. Our integrated model, which is embedded in our culture at Five Rivers, has been developed with our clinical team so we can achieve the best outcomes for our young people. As a registered manager, you will deliver and execute our brand values, be an integral part of our residential leadership team, and work collaboratively with the Registered manager of our Salisbury home network, our Clinical Team and Education Services.
On average, 39 hours a week - some flexibility will be needed to ensure the smooth running of the home
Support
As part of the Registered Manager team, you will receive regular professional support and supervision from our Regional Operations Manager and Head of Residential. You will also have monthly peer support, along with clinical integrated leadership in the home. We will support you through your Ofsted registration and future inspections and invest in your development from day one. You will also receive support from a dedicated HR business partner for any employee relations queries you may encounter in this post.
You also need a minimum of two years' experience in a children's home, with at least one year in a supervisory or management role, hold or be working towards your level 5 in leadership and management, and have a minimum of Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Work Force, have a proven track record with Ofsted, Legislative Framework.
