They serve mechanical and electrical contractors and HVAC professionals nationwide, offering a flexible, responsive service within a supportive, family-style culture. The Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established off-site fabrication division that is set for continued growth. As Project Administrator, you will act as the key support link between design, engineering teams, clients, and subcontractors. Your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date * Maintaining and updating internal systems * Coordinating administrative processes across multiple stakeholders * Using Microsoft Office Suite and a bespoke CRM system to manage workflows This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
