* Build, manage, and expand the affiliate network, including recruitment, onboarding, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management.
* Analyze and optimize campaign performance, ensuring effective ROI tracking and player lifetime value growth.
* Identify new market opportunities, especially within North America, and tailor strategies for regional compliance, audience preferences, and competitive landscape.
* Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, product, data analytics, creative) to align promotions, content, and campaigns with company goals.
* Manage budgets, media spend, and performance reporting across all marketing and affiliate channels.
* Stay ahead of trends in the industry, regulatory changes, and marketing technologies.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and affiliate conferences to strengthen partnerships and discover new growth avenues might be required but not on regular basis.
Requirements:
* Experience in marketing or affiliate management within the iGaming / gambling / online casino industry or relevant.
* Proven track record of driving user acquisition and managing affiliate programs with measurable ROI.
* Strong understanding of marketing funnels, player behavior, and retention metrics.
* Experience with North American markets (US, Canada) is highly desirable.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Data-driven mindset — comfortable working with analytics tools (GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Power BI, etc.).
* Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
