Oliver Landpower Ltd is a trusted, long‑standing dealer for some of the most respected names in agricultural machinery — including JCB, Amazone, McConnel, Mchale and Sumo. Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to join our busy sales department in Tingewick.
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where you will be selling new and used premium agricultural equipment, building strong relationships, and helping farmers and contractors find the right solutions for their needs.
What You will Do
* Represent Oliver Landpower in the sale of high‑value machinery within your defined territory.
* Manage the full sales process using tools provided by JCB and other suppliers.
* Build in‑depth product knowledge across our full range and attend relevant training events.
* Maintain accurate customer and fleet data in our CRM system.
* Offer financing options to help customers secure purchases.
* Deliver in‑field demonstrations alongside our sales engineers.
* Provide exceptional customer service and develop long‑term relationships.
* Represent the company at trade and country shows (some weekend work required).
What We are Looking For
* Background in agriculture or agricultural machinery (sales experience preferred but not essential).
* Confident IT skills — Microsoft Office, email, internet, and online sales tools.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and a "go the extra mile" attitude.
