About the Role As a Live-In Care Support Worker, you will provide personalised care tailored to each individual’s needs. Responsibilities may include: • Supporting daily routines, including personal care, dressing, and hygiene • Assisting with medication (following appropriate training and protocols) • Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition and hydration • Providing companionship and emotional support • Supporting mobility and independence • Assisting with appointments and community access where appropriate • Helping with light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry • Supporting overnight routines and being available if needed Some individuals may have more complex or specialist needs. This can include supporting with mobility equipment or specific health conditions. Full, paid training will be provided to ensure you feel confident in delivering all aspects of care. You will follow individual care plans and risk assessments, work collaboratively with families and professionals, and always prioritise safeguarding and wellbeing. Who We’re Looking For Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is your approach and values.
