As the successful Production Manager, you will be responsible for all areas of Production & People management within our clients workshop area. What We Require: You will have previous production supervision experience gained within a manufacturing environment. You will be able to demonstrate previous manufacturing engineering and/or manufacturing systems experience. You will have a practical understanding of lean manufacturing is also required. People management/supervisory experience is essential Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
