Job Function: To lead our approach to Precision technology for the Turf area of the business. This role involves managing processes, collaborating across roles and functions, and consistently executing demo and sales activities across all outlets. Essential Duties: Support customers with the adoption of Turf technology into their business. Develop demo and sales plans for targeted customers. Train and support Sales Professionals in demonstrating, configuring, selling, and ordering Precision technology. Execute demo and sales plans for advanced and expert Precision technology. Consult customers on the economic value gained by using Precision technology. Organise Precision technology demos and support training sessions for customers and dealership personnel. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and prospective customers. Compare and evaluate competitive equipment and Precision technology. Contribute to the implementation and execution of centralised and connected support in Precision technology. Manage and monitor Precision product stock and licenses at the dealership. Demo and Support the John Deere ProGolf course management system Work with the Demo team to demonstrate the value of technology at the point of sale Work alongside Marketing to develop case studies and material to promote John Deere technology in the precision turf market. Skills & Qualifications The successful candidate will demonstrate and sell the economic value of Precision Turf technology tailored to customers’ adoption levels, providing expertise and primary support for advanced customers. We are looking for: Excellent knowledge of Precision Turf equipment. Experience with operations and management of high end precision turf management. Advanced knowledge and expertise in Precision technology. Strong customer relationship and communication skills, including presentations. Self-motivated, well-organised, and collaborative. A deep understanding of customer economic value realisation through technology. Motivated to succeed and able to demonstrate initiative and proactivity. Comfortable creating video footage to support case studies and promotional material.
