Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker
Type: Permanent, full‑time (bonus for night work available)
Salary: £26,500 per annum (increases to £28,800 within your first year)
Location: South East London
Our client already holds a huge presence in the mental health sector and understands the importance of supported living and the support required within this community – currently they have 15 accommodations across South London, with a variation of low, medium and high risk residents.
Position Summary
Mental Health Support Worker will work closely with residents to support them with appointments, independence development and general development. Homes are recently renovated and refurbished to a very high specification.

Responsibilities
* Work closely with residents to support with appointments, independence development and general development.
Qualifications
* Minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent (Essential)
* Must have worked with individuals supported with mental health needs (Essential)
* Experience managing caseloads of 10+ individuals (Desirable)
